Jesus Saves

The Apostle Paul said to the church in Rome, "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes." The Gospel is the power for salvation, and salvation is an entire life reality that encompasses our past, present, and future. In the Gospel we are saved from the penalty of sin (past), being saved from the power of sin (present), and will be saved from the presence of sin (future). As communities who live on mission to spread the Gospel, we must continue to learn to live in the power and reality of the Gospel. In this series, we explore each aspect of Jesus' salvation of us and what it means for how we live today.
